Unsere Franciacorta

A fragrant Franciacorta Rosé composed of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.  All of them are gently pressed and the wine develops an incredible full-bodied sensation . It ages  36 months sur yeasts. Our Franciacorta Rosé reminds cherries on the nose, which then develop into wild strawberry. It opens generous, warm, and full in the mouth and offers us a rare sapidity. It goes perfectly with crawfish, pasta al pesto and light fish dishes.
