100% Chardonnay
Soft pressing of the grapes and must subdivisions (only the 50% is used for this typology of franciacorta). The fermentation is carried out at low temperatures for 14 days.
After that, the base wine ages for 7 months in stainless steel vats and for a part in barrique.
The malolactic fermentation is not performed.
Ageing on the lees: at least 30 months
Nose: a beautiful finesse and elegance. white flowers hints with a light fragrance of pastry.
Taste: creamy, soft and encompassing. the perlage is fine but at the same time persistent.
Product of Italy. Contains sulfites. Alc. 12,5% Vol.
