Fine and persistent perlage
Gentle pressing of whole grape clusters with a yield not exceeding 40%. Fermentation at controlled temperature and aging in stainless steel until the cuvée is prepared for the subsequent tirage. Second fermentation in the bottle and aging on the lees for 40 months.

COLOR: Intense yellow with green reflections
AROMA NOTES: almond, bread crust, hints of candied fruit
TASTE: Fresh and dry, with a very elegant acidic vein.
